Sankofa: Jewelry Just for Feminists

Hand crafted and designed for Beyonce's 10 piece all female band The Sugar Mammas.  Worn by the band, loved by powerful women everywhere.  This is the first line of jewelry designed for the modern feminist. 

It represents how powerful women are as a whole, and the unwavering faith we must have to continue to fight for equality.  The black Sankofa symbol comes from west Africa.  It translates to "learning from your past" and serves as a reminder of how far this movement has come and how much farther it has to go.  

Proceeds from the Sankofa gold bangle will be donated to an different organization every month that helps support, nurture and empower women of all ages from all walks of life.
